- Device Identifiers & Technical Diagnostic Logs (Device IDs, Operating System, Logs): Retained for a maximum period not exceeding 90 days for technical maintenance, security monitoring, and service optimization, after which they are permanently deleted or anonymized.
- Financial Transaction & Billing Records: Retained for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable tax, financial accounting, and legal audit regulations.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion: You can request the deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the application (Profile → Settings → Delete Account), or via our dedicated web deletion portal: https://panel.sudanclinic.com/delete-account, or by contacting our Data Protection Team via email at: support@sudanclinic.com. Confirmed deletion requests are fully processed and purged within 30 days.
